Transfer Switches
The Power Control function of the Phoenix Multi and the PowerAssist function of the Phoenix MultiPlus combined inverter / battery chargers open new horizons with respect to management of the AC power supply.
DC / DC Converters
An ever-increasing amount of electric equipment is being used on vehicles and boats. Because most low-voltage equipment, such as navigation and radio equipment, mobile telephones or car hi-fi systems, is designed for 12 Volts, Victron Energy supplies DC/DC converters which deliver a stable 12 Volt supply from a 24 Volt system.
Battery Isolators
Similarly to diode battery isolators, FET isolators allow simultaneous charging of two or morebatteries from one alternator (or a single output battery charger), without connecting the batteries together. Discharging the accessory battery for example will not result in also discharging the starterbattery.
Battery Protect
The Victron Energy Battery Protect disconnects the battery from non essential loads before it is completely discharged (which would damage the battery) or before it has insufficient power left to crank the engine.

DC Distribution Systems
The DC link box brings all the primary DC protection, DC monitoring and sensor connections into one simple to fit enclosure.
Isolation Transformers
The isolation transformer eliminates any electrical continuity between AC shore power and the boat. It is essential for safety and eliminates the need for galvanic isolators and polarity alarms.
Alternators
Balmar is the renowned American producer of professional high output alternators, intelligent charge regulators and other accessories. A high output alternator can be an excellent alternative for a small AC generator. The alternator does not require valuable floor space, will cost less and will be more reliable.
